But this isn’t all that easy there are various steps that need to be taken, to get that score high, by being honest and truthful in your listing, understanding the buyer’s expectation, going according to the agreement, responding swiftly to the buyers question and problems. Try to keep your buyer happy and satisfied, be it letting him return the item or resolving his problems e.g. the customer requires a different size because he somehow does not fit into the piece of clothing that he bought.

Leaving eBay feedback as a seller:

Sellers are encouraged by eBay to leave a feedback for the buyers; on the first look it seems right to leave a positive feedback once the buyer has paid, but an experienced seller would be more careful and wait for a positive feedback by the buyer before leaving a positive feedback (by the way, that’s the only option, eBay does not allow you to give a negative feedback to the buyer) and a comment. The question is why wait for a positive feedback by the buyer? And the answer is that many things can go wrong even after the money has been paid hence the sellers should use it as a way of reciprocation for the positive feedback the buyer leaves for him.

Seeing what kind of feedback a seller is receiving can build up confidence and help gain trust from the buyers who cannot know about the seller in any other way except for this.
