- I have set the categories but not showing on my online store.
- Categories can be displayed in online store using various modules. It depends on which modules you have activated and where you want to display it.
- Top menu: You should check this module. If it is activated then you have to add your categories in it in order to show it on top menu. Click on Top Menu from side bar under design and add your categories.
- Category Module: Check if category application is active. If it is active then you have to add it on the store layout. You can add categories from the Applications and set the display settings.
- Top Category Selected: If none are activated then you should check each main category. If you open the category there will be data tab under advance, you should select TOP field checkbox and click on save. It will be visible on the top menu bar.

- I have set the products but not showing on my online store.
- Once you add your products, you need to direct the online store where you want to display it and how you want it to be visible to the customers. There are various Applications available for displaying products.
- Add Latest Products Application: Go to the Applications>Latest. Click on edit and select how many products you want to display on homepage. Enable this module, set the display settings where you want to display and click on save.
- Check Active Applications: Check your current theme storefront and see which module is activated. You can come to know by the heading of the section for example Featured Products, Specials, category names etc. You can find that under Applications. Select the Application and click on edit. You can add your desired products in it and click on save. You can also check the multiple category with products module if heading is the categories in storefront.
- Check Products Uploaded Correctly: There are some mandatory fields in product uploading form. If you miss any, your product would not upload correctly. So check properly if you have uploaded product correctly.

- I have added webpages but not showing on my store.
- Once you add the pages in your store, it will be created but you need to give a link somewhere in your website so that visitors can click on it and visit that page. For that, when you add a webpage, there will be Data tab, go to data tab and there is a checkbox named Bottom. Select that to display link of your webpage in a footerlinks. You can also add it in the top menu only if top menu module is activated or live for your store. If it is on for your store, you can add the link on top menu under design from side bar.

- Designing is the best and worst part. If you know how to do it correctly, you can achieve what you want and even better. But if you do not know, then you make a mess. We recommend to contact us with your ideas or requirements for your store designs and we will get it done or else you can play with Applications and Display Settings under designs. If your layout get disturbed, you can tweak some settings in Applications or give appropriate height width and see whether it worked. If not, you can change layout positions and try. If it does not work out with you, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can design your store as you want without any extra charge.
- I have uploaded banner but not showing on store or not showing properly.
- Many things involved in image banners. It is three step process to upload a banner. Add image>Add module>add it in page. A small mistake can ruin your store layout so you have to be careful with banner image, height width of a banner and layout position. In most cases, banner height width cause the issue so try giving exact height width same as the current inbuilt image of your theme or get the banner of the exact size as the current inbuilt theme has. It will solve all your problem and just change that banner from the banner module.
- There are two modules for banners: Check banners and slideshow under designs in sidebar and see which module is activated. Change the banner image from the appropriate module. Please make sure you give the height width properly.
- I have set the module but it is not visible in my store. How can I get it?

- Enable Module: Check if you have enabled the module or not. Sometime you do all the changes but forget to enable a module and save it.
- Set on page: You need to set that module in page under Designs>Display settings. Select the page from list where you want to display it and click on edit. Give it a right position to set in the layout. It should be visible in the layout now. If still have trouble setting it, you can contact to us without any hesitation.
- I have imported my eBay products but it is not visible on homepage.
- You need to give the direction to your store where you want to display these products. You can show it anywhere in your store. Just select the Application which products you want to display and set that application in page from display settings. Select the page of a layout and set position to display on store.

- There are many ways to display eBay categories. We recommend if you have too many categories, you can select category Application and set it in the home layout under display settings in design with column left position.

- It is very easy to upload your company logo. Follow below steps.
- Go to settings in dashboard and click on store
- Go to image tab and upload your store logo
The size should be small and it should not be greater than 250px.

- It is very easy to add your social media pages.
- Go to settings in dashboard and click on store
- Go to social tab from advance and select the position where you want to display social media icons

- How can I change my default currency?
- You can set your currency as a default currency. To configure it
- Go to settings and click on localisation
- Click on currencies
- Select your currency from the list or add a new one from + at top right hand corner
- Save 1 as a value in value field
- Enable the currency and click on save
- It will be saved as default
- How can I change the theme of my online store?
